Onboarding

Velociti is a subscription based platform that requires all its users to be signed in before accessing any features. Signed in users need to be tied to companies.

Since Velociti is a platform for providing financial services, companies we partner with to provide such services will need to go through KYC. All other companies that also interact with our users, example, SMEs, will also need to go through KYC after signing up.

When companies sign in while their account is undergoing KYC, they will see a message informing them about the ongoing onboarding process. There is a button that allows the user to track the progress of the processs.

Clicking on the Track Progress button will show the user the various stages in the KYC process and which of the stages have been completed.

  • Reviewing of the documents submitted by the company. During this step, the documents submitted by the company are reviewed to ensure they meet all regulatory standards.
