SMEs and project implementers who wish to monitor farming activities of the respective cooperatives they are working with, will need to define the periods within the year they want to monitor these activities. In other words, monitoring of farming activities does not happen automatically unless it has been defined by an admin of the SME or project.
Monitoring happens on the Velociti mobile app. The mobile app simply fetches any durations that have been 'turned on' by the admin. Below are the steps in activating monitoring by the admin.
The admin should be able to see a list of seasons already defined to enable them edit or delete. Any seasons with activities tied to them cannot be deleted.
This action is performed by the super admin. From the monitoring step above, you will notice the admin is required to choose the season they wish to monitor after selecting a region. The association of regions to seasons will need to be defined by the super admin by entering the fields below.

Clicking on a save button saves the details of the season. From a list of already defined seasons, the super admin should be able to edit and delete. Deleting should not be allowed if the season already has activities tied to it.
